project signed sept 30, 2025. it is now May 4, 2026 and my patio project is still not done. no one calls me back and emails to the adress 9n the contract bounce back. there have been multiple issues and delays including twice! (last name white, color dark bronze!) they built the wrong color. next step is to call a lawyer, as I dont know what else to do.

Dylan Trotter was just out to design a great sunroom for me. He genuinely cared about the why and how an enclosure would enhance my life and bring more joy for my labradoodle and me. He was thorough and clear in his explanation of the product options. It was a great experience working with and getting to know Dylan.

Jim was very professional, punctual and extremely detail oriented. He took the time to carefully assess my space, explained all the options clearly, and answer all my questions without rushing. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how much attention he paid to the details of the project. It gave me a lot of confidence. Highly recommended!
