Unprofessional, poorest customer service I have ever encountered. Took over 6 months from start of install to completion of the screen enclosure due to inaccurate measuring and ordering. Job was sold to us October 2025 finished March 2026. No follow up, no apologies and no communication. I had to reach out to Corporate for help. In short, way over priced relative to quality of the enclosure/structure. When an unnamed employee (for obvious reasons) tells you that you got ripped off as far as the cost goes, that should tell you something. Call me and we’ll discuss.
