Absolutely unacceptable experience. While the sales representative was professional and pleasant to work with, the experience deteriorated significantly after the contract was signed. Our project contract was executed in April 2025, and as of January 18, 2026, the project remains unresolved. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor, and the assigned project manager has been ineffective and unresponsive. At one point, we included the head manager in a text message to address
