Terrible. I would never do business with them again.

This was a project that had been on my mind for some time. So after two pergolas that could not make it through two winters, I went for it and did the grown-up thing; I added a room. The initial phase was a real no-preasure situation. Got a glimpse of the materials that would be used and a computer-generated Pic to show me as close as possible what the room would look like. That was December 2025. I figured with the holidays and winter weather, the actual project would not start until February.
