We scheduled an appointment well in advance for someone to come out and provide us with a quote for a deck enclosure. We received an email reminder of our upcoming scheduled appointment. Well, the appointment time came and went with no show, no call. After about 20 minutes, I called them. I was told that the person scheduled to conduct the appointment called in sick that morning! So all morning and into the afternoon, no one thought to reach out to the customers to reschedule the appointmen
