NIGHTMARE! We signed the contract for a glassed in sunroom in January 2025. They came to take measurements in February. March they came in to demo the wooden porch and left all the wood out in our backyard. Then poured concrete for the floor. Then realized the plans for the project that had been approved by engineers would not work because the measurements were incorrect and the ceiling was too low. So the plan had to be redone. Gotta say I was impressed with Eric. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. My problem is justifying the cost. I have the roof and concrete slab already there. High end was a fully loaded truck, yeah, that much, low end was a fully loaded truck a few years ago. It’s not justifiable in my head, since I already have the two main building platforms. I liked their products, well manufactured and sturdy. I’m referring to the samples we were shown.

I got exactly what I was expecting and more. The salesman was delightful. I did not feel any pressure. The work is high-quality and was done in one day.
