Passmore Gas has been my propane company for many years. We don’t even live in Havasu, but they still deliver to my address. They have always been reliable, and have gone above and beyond. They once even delivered propane on the weekend with no extra fee when being unable to deliver during the week. The office staff is always friendly and professional. I’ve tried other propane companies, but Passmore is my favorite.

Passmore Gas accidentally clipped our roof while delivering. It happens. Wasn’t upset or worried at the time. Spoke with the office manager. Sent pictures and video we had from our security camera. Was informed pleasantly they would get back to us. Call 4 more times and was told the owner was trying to call me? Never had ANY missed calls or voice messages? Called his number and was transferred to message that said I was restricted? Called passmore gas and was told I was incorrect? Asked again to
