My husband contacted this company because our breakers were tripped and he was unable to get them to reset. When the electrician arrived, after no more than 10 minutes, he told us he would need to “further diagnose” the issue and that it would cost an additional $250, on top of the trip fee we had already paid. We declined and called a different electrician instead. Within five minutes, the second electrician identified the issue and fixed it. It was a simple tripped fuse that wasn’t being reset

A backyard outlet stopped working and, of course, I panic-googled electricians. So glad I called these guys. Alex showed up right on time, and even checked a couple of other outlets in the house just to be safe. Power is back, house did not burn down, anxiety reduced. 10/10 experience
