I needed my solar panels removed and reinstalled as I having my roof replaced. My original solar installer had been purchased and subsequently closed so I was pleased to find Parrot. They were professional and worked well with my roofer to coordinate the work.

Parrot Solar took longer than expected and communicated poorly. Nine panels and an inverter, no storage, took 12.3 months from signing contract to completion. After completion, my negative review instigated some follow-up communication which inspired me to increase my initial rating and amend my comments. If negative stars were an option, I’d certainly choose that. Took over a year for basic install while somehow avoiding any concept of basic communication as a business and lacking any form of accountability. I’d avoid doing business with them if you are able.

My Parrot Solar experience was exceptional. The process was smooth and done to perfection. I added an additional 2 Tesla Batteries to my system. Be careful and check around -- it's been a year now since installation and we still cannot use anything because the transfer and permitting to electric company is not complete. So remember, once the installation is complete and you pay all your money, the job is still not done because they have to finish getting it approved and working with your electric company.
