This level of disorganization is unacceptable. If your company is unable to honor its commitments, you should not be accepting bookings. I expect a prompt resolution and an explanation for this breakdown in communication.

For the past 2 weeks the trash guys are not taking the canister out of the bin in Sun City and only grabbing the bags on top and leaving trash at the bottom of the canister. Why are they so lazy? I am not paying for only some of my trash to be picked up! I had to call the office and report it.
