Called last week, was told that someone would be out to look today- no show, no call and did not respond to text messages. If someone had atleast responded I could have found a company by now that may have actually fixed the problem. How does a business like this stay operating? Update- after saying they are “taking my review seriously” and a week has passed- the company never reached out to apologize, fix the problem or even try after admitting that they never showed up when they were supposed
