We have been using their service for a couple of years and this year they totally drop the ball. We have a confirmation of our appointment that THEY never showed up. When called to rebook, they got us a new appointment and again DID NOT SHOW UP. Was told a supervisor was going to contact us and never did. Not sure what has happen with them but highly recommend NOT USING THEM.

I don't know what happened here with the Parker team but my normal tech keeps getting assigned to different routes. Over heard one of the new to me techs saying they sold to East Side which if true absolutely sucks because we had their service 8 years ago and service was over priced and very unprofessional with their techs swearing at our customers. I hope this is inaccurate.

We hired Parker Eco Pest Control to remove mud daubers nest on our exterior wall. They provided a hassle free service. Darius also gave us some pointers for future. Things to watch out for. Overall, we were very happy with the service.
