My perception is that p & s has a tendency to upsell products and services. Their people seem very nice and professional - this is just my opinion after years of experience with other companies.

Parker and Sun‘s representative Jim did a good job. He was personable efficient and found a part that needs to be replaced on a relatively new air conditioner. The condenser had to be replaced and it was done so under warranty. However, the labor charge was ridiculous. It took all of five minutes to put that condenser in and we were charged $200 labor that’s basically $200 an hour ……..shame on you, Parker and Sons. Now you know why we don’t want to do business with you anymore
