good workers. Julio has good knowledge. But each time they come it is 2-3 K charge. It is not affordable. Plus, they put in a soft switch, and now my thermostat is not connecting by wifi. They came back and fixed it, but slept in the hot house for one night!!!

Parker and Sun‘s representative Jim did a good job. He was personable efficient and found a part that needs to be replaced on a relatively new air conditioner. The condenser had to be replaced and it was done so under warranty. However, the labor charge was ridiculous. It took all of five minutes to put that condenser in and we were charged $200 labor that’s basically $200 an hour ……..shame on you, Parker and Sons. Now you know why we don’t want to do business with you anymore
