Attempted to contact them about solar hardware. No one answered the calls from myself or my wife, over the period of 5 hours intermittently. Received a text message reply, regarding my phone call, the next day. Screenshot is uploaded. They are incompetent, and uneducated in the energy department. I would know, as I'm an electrician of 17 years.

In May of 2021 I was talked into solar by Sean Herrick Paramount energy I was promised $1,000 referral fee I had two clients that were supposed to take care of that but they did not qualify so now I am looking to still collect that $1,000 but I cannot reach Sean Herrick I do not know if Paramount energy is still in business every time I call I get this funky message that cuts out on me.
