Why do you close down a complete lane heading out from Nanakuli to mow the median near the Hawaiian Electric plant outside of Nanakuli? It was closed at 8:30 am Friday 9/6/2013 when I was going eastbound and still closed coming westbound at 11:30 am. Why can't the truck with the trailer that hauls the mower park it between the medians rather than close down an entire lane? And its only the eastbound traffic so westbound traffic is wide open so it can't be a safety issue. Please reconsider ne
