Be very careful if you buy a home with P&J Shutters.. The plastic hardware is so flimsy and have broken off in two of the bedroom shutters. Without an invoice you won't find anyone who will fix these, and the company will not help you out. I will have to replace at least two bedrooms' shutters. Thousands of dollars.

I would have given this company a 5 star review because we loved the blinds that were recently installed. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because of the awful phone receptionist that schedules appointments and follows up. She has the worst attitude and was completely disrespectful on top of being unprofessional. I’ve spoken to her 3 times now and every time I hang up shocked that she is the voice of this awesome company.
