We requested a service from Palo Alto Plumbing and Heating to find a leak from the meter noted by the City. The plumber came for less then 30 minutes indicated that he can't find the leak. He left us an invoice of $202 ($195 for one hour or less plus $7 for gas). Since he could not find the leak, we hired another plumber from another company to find the leak indicated by the city. Customer service provided by Becky is horrible! Very rude! The plumber’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Despite the fact that everyone was home — and it was obvious from the noise inside — he never made any real attempt to contact us. He didn’t knock on the door, didn’t ring the bell, and simply walked away while my family memember was right there in the front yard. This kind of careless, unprofessional conduct is absolutely infuriating — especially when it leads to an unjustified charge
