Palmer installed my electric vehicle charger. Sometime later, the receptacle melted, literally. After replacing the receptacle I was asked to pay $260+ despite not having been informed there would be a cost ahead of time. No discount for the fact that the part they installed literally melted in my home. My suggestion would be to avoid Palmer Electric. Do NOT buy a generator from this company. They make appts then decide they do not want to work on a generator after a few years of already servicing. Not very professional or loyal to the small clientele. I even asked them for a quote for a new generator. Nothing.
