This company built a small deck a year and a half ago. It is now starting to show problems and when I called the 972 number, no one answers and no voicemail set up. So I called the 214 number, no one answered and I was able to leave a voicemail. So far, no call back. I dont even know what the warranty is because its not on ANY of the paperwork. It looked good at first( I really didnt know what I should look for) They told me they did not need a city permit, but they did and they never got one.

I would never use this company for attic reconstruction. They do not have the experience or alliance with any company for such workmanship. They will lie that they have the ability to complete but would use unknown third parties who have never worked for them in the past. I fired this company after a deposit, for not walking away from this project, but due to their lofty goals, they were overly persistent. Sean was very helpful and had a crew out quickly to do the job and fix a problem after. He is a really nice guy. The crew that did the work did so with minimal interruption for us in the house.
