Good service

Went in looking for a plumbing part Sunday late morning. Found what I "thought" i was looking for but the bin was empty. Someone came over to help me, and she called the plumbing "guy". He looked at the part I had to compare it to, and i was looking at the wrong bin/part. He pointed to the correct part a foot away. I'm glad that first bin was empty or I may have bought the wrong part. Thanks Ace Hardware Team...

I visit this location often, and while I don’t hate Home Depot, using this True Value is a night-and-day better experience. Located right in the Promenade, the parking is easy and stress-free; you can park right near the door, completely avoiding the massive, crowded parking lots that you deal with at big box stores. The store’s smaller scale is its biggest asset. It’s not intimidating, and you don’t spend 20 minutes wandering down massive, confusing aisles. It’s a comfortable, organized space
