When purchasing a home, Heath was able to give a roof inspection And several items weren’t up to code or installed correctly. He went out took Photos sent it to the buyer and also Reinspected the home and insured the items were installed correctly after the roofing company who installed the roof fixed the repairs. I’m a realtor and this was a transaction I was involved in. On one of my investment properties, Heath was able to get the insurance company to pay for the roof and get the claim paid
