We're beyond pleased with the finished project from Palatial Patio Covers. The price was reasonable. The service was exceptional. We talked with Anthony (a great communicator, always in touch and he knows his stuff) about a quote and from there he took over the project. His amazing staff of Branden and Daniel were here to do the demo from the old sun shade and then in a couple of days the new structure was up. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience with Palatial Patio. Signed a contract June 13 and waited over 90 days for completion. Communication was awful—calls ignored, texts answered days later. The only time they showed urgency was to collect payment. After all the delays and frustration, they offered just $150 off a $5,800 job. Would not recommend to anyone.
