Small room , cramped space, theme to paint was not properly instructed. Not much guidance given by the instructor.

On 4/30 I placed a call wanting to do a small event with my two friends for 5/03 for my birthday. I knew it was short notice but I wanted to be sure that the time was available. I spoke to a woman over the phone and I was told that the time slot was open and all I had to do was book online. I also made sure to let the employee know thats it's just 3 of us. She responded with that's fine just book online. 5/03 comes and we're running behind so I place a call to let them know. I had to call them
