Several years ago, we contacted Mr. Knott to get an estimate for painting our deck. He gave a total dollar estimate. We said we were interested in using his business. He said he needed a $200 payment which would apply to his completed work on the deck. Shame on us for sending the "payment" - When I called multiple times to ask when the project would be started, I did not get return calls. Jim did an excellent job painting our home (a bedroom, living room and deck). As a one-person operation, he were meticulous, taking great care to tape everything properly and avoid any splatters. Their attention to detail really showed in the final result. On top of that, they were incredibly kind and patient with our very grumpy/territorial dog who barked a lot at him, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled and considerate painter!
