Last email I have from them is stating auto pay last month was successful. Just received a red card on the door stating that I owe $30 and have 24 hours to call or they will shut off my power and water. This is the first notice I've gotten. No emails saying there was an issue with autopay, etc. No clue what the issue is, but I am pissed off that I'm now having to deal with this not at all veiled threat. As an educated professional, I know my rights and that a sudden threat like this is unethical

I use the app.its faster..in person thy are really helpful. Never had a issue
