Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I had an issue with my water softener system and reached out to Pacific Water for help, and it was easily one of the best service experiences I've ever had. They're friendly on the phone, provided the right advice, and ultimately had me bring my system in for service. Because it was covered under a warranty, they fixed my issue on the spot. This is an extremely friendly, honest, and reliable family business everyone in Salt Lake City would benefit from talking to about their water solutions.
