Tom was the best I could have hoped for. Very personable and patient. Explained everything that he was doing and why...plus we had great conversation about other things and life in general. The report was thorough and prompt, it was in my Inbox by 6pm the same day. It was a great experience and I highly recommend an inspection by Tom.
