For some projects, it’s best to go with the specialists! We wanted to replace our wood burning fireplace with either a propane or electric insert, and we are so glad we hired Pacific Hearth & Home. We pursued DIY, buying a unit online and hiring our own electrician/plumber/handyman and shopped the local fireplace shops. Alex Perez, our sales consultant, helped us find the perfect fireplace insert and stayed in contact with us through the installation process. Cody and Justin, our installers, were on time and did not leave until they were confident everything was perfect and we could use the remote. Not always so easy for seniors. Had a great experience all around, getting two gas inserts installed in my house. Alex in sales helped us figure out what we wanted, and took many calls and answered the questions that we had.
