I was a customer customer for over 20 years until I recently moved and I have to say that Pacific Energy provides excellent, personal service. Fair prices, friendly, helpful staff, and they know their stuff! Recommend them very highly.

I wish I could be nicer... I swapped service to a competitor at 75 cents less per gallon...do the math. The best they'd offer was a 40 cent cut...nope. So, when they retrieved their tank they moved my new tank and took the blocks, leaving the new tank in the dirt on the hose... There is a pallet of new blocks for replacement, so he didn't have to get mine. What an immature way to say goodbye.

If you are a large business who sells propane, then you may do very well if you get your product through Pacific Energy Group. However, if you are a private party, please do not use PEG for your propane needs unless you enjoy running out of propane and being very cold in the winter. I rented a 120 gallon tank from PEG and was told that I would be on a “keep full” plan. In other words, every two weeks when they deliver to Space Age truck stop, they were to stop by my place and top off my tank. Of
