We had a sunroom installed and unfortunately it was not sealed correctly and is leaking in multiple places anytime it rains. We have reached out many times for someone to come take a look but we have just been blown off over and over. Not to mention a one to two day project turned into four. I would definitely not recommend this company as it seems the quality and customer service is lacking.

Purchased an aluminum trellis from Pacific Builders over 25 years ago. Trellis recently developed some leaking around the aluminum header attached to the house, leaving some rust stains. Contacted Pacific Builders, who came out, inspected and determined that the header was failing. A portion was still covered under warranty! Pacific Builders was able to remove and replace the header vs tearing down and completely replacing the trellis. I contacted several other companies for bids. No other comp
