This was a very disappointing experience. I scheduled carpet cleaning for three bedrooms and a hallway for an agreed price of $219 over the phone. When the technician arrived, I was told the hallway and closet would be extra. I understand the closet may not have been discussed, but the hallway was always included in the original agreement.
