I had them clean the tile floors and one room of carpet in my rent house. What a difference in the smell! I had been struggling trying to get the stale pet odors out. This seemed to do the trick. I hope it stays! I only gave 4 stars and not 5 because I had to go behind and mop up a haze that was on the floor. Otherwise, very pleased.
