Trey called let me know he was on the way, and when he arrived outside. Looked at the carpet, said yes he could clean it. Mixed his fluids together and went to work. Did a nice job on the carpet. Collected payment. And was on his way... Would I call Oxi Fresh again... Yeah Probably

We had light stains in our carpet that were easy to take out with carpet cleaning and they did not come out. The cleaner was also 40 min late and I had to call to ask what his eta was. He was not very friendly and didn’t give us a rundown of how the carpet cleaning will go or didn’t ask us about concerns or questions we had. The odor removal for our chair upstairs also didn’t work because it still smells. I will be going with another company in the future.
