overland Park lock and key has been there forever and I have been in the store and I have used them at my own house and every time they are very fair and professional.

We called Overland Lock + Key because the lock on our 70+ year old commercial building was becoming nearly impossible to lock/unlock. Mark was out within a few days to see what the issue was. He was upfront about it being a very old and obsolete lock, and that he may not be able to make it any better without replacing it.
