Had routine tune up on two garage doors. One had a “slamming shut” problem. Technician said he fixed it. A little over a month later same problem. Called Overhead Door, they said it had been over 30 days so I was out of luck. Would charge a regular service call to come back out. What a scam!

These guys did an exceptional job of getting my garage door up and going again! I spoke with Brian Hines and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and give my a very fair price. The tech (Benjamin) showed up shortly thereafter and was able to get my garage door fixed better than normal. The customer service, professionalism, and fair pricing was all top tier.
