Our roof was installed June of 2015 by Over The Top. We recently had a shingle come off during a windstorm. I have tried contacting them via phone, fax and email for the last 2 weeks with no success and so has the BBB. Yesterday we had a different contractor come take a look and do a repair. We were informed that the install was done with headless nails that were shot in too deep (we can see 1” to 1.5” of nail inside the house) and that we are lucky that whole sections of the roof haven’t peeled

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! I paid over $3,000 for 2 bathroom fans to get installed and I’m waiting for my house to burn down. Don’t use a clamp, Duct tape and zip ties will do it I guess. Lesson learned to go over the job with whoever is on site before cutting a check. Where the mistakes were made: Regular old dryer flexible ducting won’t work in an uninsulated space. They make insulated ducting especially for this. That was corrected easily. You cannot run MC cable through that kind of isolato

I got several quotes for roof, gutters and gutter guards. I have a complex roof including a section with rubber roofing that needed replacement. Over the Top not only did great job. Project manager was on site to assure the job got done right. Cleanup was superb. And now the difference in a good company and a great company, there were a few minor things that I needed done, the follow up was excellent.
