If my entire experience with them was a good as the finished product they would have rated much higher. They were very poor in keeping us informed of the process. It took over a month to get the site plan to the city for permitting only to have submitted a site plan for the wrong house. Now they have to start over with process and only then were we made aware that they couldn't find our house on Google earth.
