Had a great experience. I had a relatively big project which included expanding my media room with new speaker installs, an AV receiver and new amplifier. In addition I needed to mount multiple new TVs. James and the team did a great job hanging Multiple LG G series TVs. They look great flush against the walls. Would hire him again for any other audiovisual needs.

James and Chibu did a great job with my MantelMount MM815. For anyone interested in doing a more complex mount like this (it goes over the fireplace and has a hydraulic system that pulls it down to eye-level), I highly recommend Otwav. The communication, service, and job scope was all executed to perfection.
