Oktay was helpful and knowledgeable about my refrigerator and washer/dryer. He is very responsive by text and shows up when he says he will. On the first service call, he was able to easily reattach a loose wire hanging in the washer. He checked the washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The refrigerator wasn’t making the sound that sounded weird to me at the time, so he offered to return if it persisted. I appreciated that because it was otherwise functioning normally and was relatively new. I

Oktay provided us excellent, efficient and processional repair service! I almost went with a large company and then I read Oktay’s reviews. Great Service, Excellent Result. Oktay fixed our 14 year old KitchenAid dishwasher at a very reasonable price. He diagnosed the problem (blown fuse), checked the circuit board to eliminate other potential problems, and fixed the food shredder mechanism as well. He even had all the necessary repair parts with him. Nice guy, very competent, will be using him for any future appliance repairs without question.
