I had Orkin come out to spray for spiders after the company I usually go to never got back to me. The technician who came out, Chris, was awesome. He gave us tips to keep spiders down and also let us know the bird feeder we had was a mouse lure. I had them come out for a one time thing but may get a contract now because of how amazing I felt the service was.
