The tech, Alexander came out on 5/12/26. Upon his arrival, he explained what he was going to do to get rid of the German cockroaches. Every time he was going to use a chemical he explained what it was for and he showed me the actual product. He assured me the chemicals were safe as I have a small dog. We are not to mop for 4 days to make sure we do not wipe away the chemicals. He was friendly and courteous. No complaints.
