Got charged more than what the sales department said and didn’t get the service They told me they would do. Also got charged $20 extra for i don’t know what. Called and spoke to like 5 different people and said they would call me back to figure everything out on friday, it is now monday.

The worst experience for exclusion and attic remediation! Do NOT USE! I can’t give them a zero star, or I would. Paid 20k 1) They broke parts of the top of our trimming around the attic doors. 2) They left bags of insulation in the attic when they were supposed to have removed the insulation 3) They damaged the ducting so badly that the pin holding the duct work up was pulled out- I had an AC team look at it, and they confirmed. On showing the damage the Orkin regional manager response was, “th
