I had a chipmunk and still do in my home. I called yesterday to get a technician scheduled. They assured me they will take care of the problem and I was good to go. The technician calls me this morning and tells me they don’t service chipmunks and I need to call a different company. The Customer Service rep on the phone assured me and gave me her word that this problem would be resolved how you don’t know what type of products or animals your own company services is beyond me. Scheduled an appointment, never showed up. Will not answer their phone at 2:20 PM on a Tuesday. Wasted my day.

Mitchell did an excellent job! Super friendly and was able to get rid of our cluster flies and ants in one day! Very reasonable priced and would definitely use them for any pest issues!
