I’d been using Orkin for years, and stopped receiving messages of when their technician was coming to the house (you don’t get to choose your appointment time). I called to let them know I wasn’t getting notified, and still, no change. I got a bill for a service on my birthday last year, a day I was not at home, and nobody was home to let them in, so I knew a service was not performed, as 3/4 of my yard is fenced and I have large dogs.
