Shane did a great job. He answered all my questions and explained what he was going to do and was upfront about the price. I think the price was a little high but everything is high these days. I would recommend them. They also showed up the next day.

I was very impressed with my experience with Option One and the work they did to re-pipe my entire house as well as install a water heater. They were able to complete the install and repipe in a day, working until 10PM. Hard workers, great guys. Big shout out to Daniel for helping me through the process. The response time was extremely quick. Especially on a late Friday evening. The conversation about issues flowed decent. Their was a major issue with system due to aging. Several methods of approach implemented between customer and agent. Only concerns with doing business. Is a itemized break down of the service and materials involved. As per cost total. A straight out pricing without a listed cost of labor and materials. Is of interest.
