My custom, 12 year old blinds from One Stop Decorating were covered under warranty and repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I only had to cover shipping and the blinds were delivered to my home. Customer service was excellent!
One Stop always delivers! Hannah is always responsive and provides prompt follow up. Lucas did a great job-very thorough and a great representative of One Stop!
