Very disappointing started off very professional, job that was started was not completed, now no response from this contractor, can't recommend

I recently moved into a new build, but the builder had made an error with the cabinet cutout for my kitchen island mini fridge. I reached out to One Arko and explained the issue, and Jordan came out the very next morning. He carefully adjusted the cutout with skilled carpentry work, and now my fridge fits perfectly.
