Alfredo arrived promptly after being called for service. He was very knowledgeable about the issues we were experiencing and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend! Addition to my previous note: Gimi came to perform the actual repairs. He was professional and knowledgeable and completed the repairs quickly and without disruption. I have been pleased overall with all facets of the On Time teams!
