If i could give them 0 stars i would, called today for pricing on a small container to dispose of some deck boards and soil from a diy project i am doing and the lady that answered the phone was terrible, she was rude, condescending and genuinely insulting as if she was annoyed with my inquiry, this is my first time using this type of service and obviously i had questions in regards to container size, type of commodities and such. I would not use them just on their client service alone.

Omni's ownership prides themselves on customer service as they should, they have never let me down. Highly recommend their services to anyone!
